Our products and services are intended for automotive professionals, workshops, technicians, vehicle owners, and users with suitable technical knowledge.

Digital Products and Delivery

Most products sold by DiagVault are delivered digitally. Delivery may include downloadable files, external download links, software packages, manuals, documentation, installation files, activation instructions, or remote setup instructions.

After payment confirmation, the customer will receive access to the purchased product or instructions for the requested service.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they can receive messages from DiagVault.

Digital products, files, download links, documentation, and access instructions may not be shared, copied, resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, or transferred to third parties without written permission from DiagVault.

Remote Installation and Technical Support

Some products may include or require remote installation, activation, configuration, or technical assistance. Remote support may be provided through UltraViewer, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar software.

The customer must keep the computer powered on, connected to a stable internet connection, and available during the remote session. The customer must also provide accurate access details and cooperate with our support team.

Remote installation may involve Windows preparation, software configuration, driver installation, diagnostic interface setup, firewall or antivirus adjustments, activation, patching, or compatibility testing.

DiagVault is not responsible for delays or installation failures caused by unsupported operating systems, incompatible hardware, damaged Windows installations, missing drivers, unstable internet connections, third-party software interference, customer interruption, or refusal to follow instructions.

Customer Responsibilities

Before purchasing, customers must carefully review the product description, compatibility information, system requirements, supported devices, vehicle coverage, language details, and any stated limitations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their computer, diagnostic interface, operating system, internet connection, storage space, and technical environment are suitable for the purchased product or service.

Customers must provide accurate order information and may be required to provide screenshots, error messages, system details, or other relevant information for troubleshooting.

Payments

All prices are displayed on the website or checkout page. Payment must be completed before digital delivery or remote services begin.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. DiagVault does not directly store complete credit card details or sensitive payment information.

Customers must not submit false disputes, chargebacks, or payment claims after receiving digital products, download links, remote installation services, or technical support.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled according to our Digital Product Refund Policy.

A refund may be considered if a product is defective, does not function as described, the download link is broken, or our support team is unable to complete the included remote installation and the product remains unusable.

Customers may be required to provide screenshots, error messages, order details, or other relevant evidence.

Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction after successful delivery, failure to review compatibility requirements, violation of these terms, licensing abuse, or requests submitted outside the applicable timeframe.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect customer information, including names, company details, email addresses, billing information, optional telephone numbers, order information, cookies, and account details.

DiagVault does not sell or rent customer information. Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers and is not stored directly by DiagVault.
